The same Sinderella is assigned to the same home on a long-term basis.
This creates greater consistency and reduces repeated handover and adjustment.

Each service: 1 Sinderella · 4 hours
New customers start with a trial stage.
The platform will arrange Sinderellas for you until you find a suitable match.
Once you are satisfied, you can continue with the same Sinderella on a fixed pairing basis.
Fixed pairing is charged based on the number of visits in the month and paid in full at the beginning of the month.
Monthly visits should normally be completed within the same month.
If no suitable replacement date is available within the month, customer service can assist in moving it to the next month.
✓ Customers are encouraged to use their own cleaning supplies to reduce cross-contamination risk.
✓ If the Sinderella needs to bring cleaning supplies, an additional RM40 applies.
